| This is the ideal
answer when there is the need of lighting squares, streets, crossings
and no available electric power grid nearby. The new Solar Street
Light typically starts lighting after sunset and stops at sunrise
automatically.
The new Solar Street Light HELIOS SOX 26 VARIO is provided of
one
revolutionary microprocessor designed using the innovative VARIO
technology, which adjusts intelligently the lighting hours of
the lamp
according to the state of charge of the batteries and economizing
on the
available energy in the system. This will lead the new Solar Street
Light
HELIOS SOX 26 VARIO to be lighting typically from the sunset to
the
sunrise, the whole year, allowing a remarkable energy saving even
during
winter and assuring the maximum lighting of the site in the night-time
just
when there is a situation of main traffic. |
| COMPOSITION
The new Solar Street Light SOX 26 VARIO is composed by the
following items, with power size of the photovoltaic modules depending
on the geographic latitude of the installation site, as follows:
- Nr. 2 photovoltaic modules H750 - 75W (for Mediterranean latitudes
or less than 40°) or, alternatively, nr. 2 photovoltaic modules
H1160 - 90W (for latitudes higher than 40°);
- Nr. 1 solid-state electronic charge controller GENIUS 15 VARIO
equipped with microprocessor;
- Nr. 1 light-intensity modulator VARIO;
- Nr. 2 maintenance-free sealed lead-gel battery, 12V –
115Ah each (C 100);
- Nr. 1 box for the batteries and the charge regulator, made of
hot-painted galvanized steel, designed to resist against winds
with speed higher than 150 km/h, to be assembled on pole top and
complete with a hot-painted galvanized steel structure for modules
supporting;
- Nr. 1 kit with cables, stainless steel screws and fittings for
the module fixing;
- Nr. 1 hot-painted galvanized steel arm for the support of the
fixture, complete with jaws for the fixing on the pole, stainless
steel bolts, and with the possibility to turn it in any direction;
- Nr. 1 die-cast aluminium lighting fixture with polycarbonate
lamp screen, complete with SOX 26W bulb (3700lm), bulb socket
and 24V DC/AC electronic ballast for the bulb lighting. |
